Dr Maura Dowling is an Associate Professor in Nursing and programme lead for postgraduate cancer nursing education at the University of Galway, Ireland. With a clinical background in cancer nursing, Maura has extensive experience in developing online educational programmes for nurses working in cancer care, leading cancer nursing research, and supporting cancer nursing colleagues in undertaking and publishing research. She has published widely with over 150 peer-reviewed journal publications.
